After a marginal dip in June, Tata Motors group global sales, including Jaguar Land Rover fell 6% to 85,392 units in July. The fall in the wholesale numbers is on the back on lower demand for Tata passenger cars, as well as Fiat and Jaguar. In a release on Tuesday, the companythat global sales of Tata passenger vehicles and the distribution off-take in India of Fiat cars were down by 38% in July at 19,035 units for the month on a year-on-year basis. Jaguar sales for the month fell 23% to 4,372 units on a year-on-year basis. largest market UK has seen a 19.4% dip in wholesales volumes in the June quarter over 24.6% a year ago. Overall passenger vehiclesales of Tata Motors in India too declined in June quarter by 11%. This includes Fiat andvehicles distributed in India.
