Police search for suspect after 3 men struck by car

Police are searching for a man after three men were hit by a car early Sunday morning in Mississauga.
Peel Regional Police said they were called to a plaza parking lot at Erin Mills Parkway and Battleford Road shortly before 2:40 a.m. for an altercation. When they arrived, police said three people had been hit by a silver-coloured Audi.
The 23-year-old victims suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to a local hospital. Two of the victims have since been released and one is still being treated for a head injury, police said.
Police said the driver of the car fled the parking lot. As he exited, police said the vehicle's oil pan was torn off. They found the vehicle abandoned on the side of the eastbound Highway 401 lanes at Mavis Road.
Police said they have taken a person into custody for questioning but have not released his identity.
