In May 2011, the Corporation announced the general availability of 4Q Suite, a Freemium suite based on its original free 4Q survey solution, that offers an array of new features all designed to help businesses increase site satisfaction, build engagement and optimize conversion. These features include
Analytics integration, automatic alerts of significant changes, email reports, global industry benchmarks, word-clouds and text categorization features, CRM capabilities such as email collection, ads and coupons on the survey thank-you page, and many more.
The 4Q Suite is a simple-to-deploy Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, which was originally developed in collaboration with Avinash Kaushik, a noted web analytics authorIt provides a very affordable entry point to organizations into online Voice of Customer analytics. Multiple existing and new clients have already signed up to one of the 4Q Suite levels and more than 250 clients have enabled theAnalytics integration.

Second quarter 2011 financial highlights:
- Second quarter revenue of $1,372,190, an increase of 13% over the corresponding period in the previous year excluding the effect of foreign exchange.
- Operating loss of $224,798 in the quarter, a 45% improvement from the corresponding period in the previous year.

Second quarter 2011 financial highlights:
- For the second quarter of 2011, revenue was $1,372,190 compared to $1,254,571 in the same period in 2010, representing an increase of $117,619 or 9%. Gross profit as a percentage of revenue was 62% for the second quarter of 2011 as compared to 61% for the same period in 2010.
- Comprehensive loss for the second quarter of 2011 was $479,443 compared to $593,842 for the same period in 2010, including non-cash charges for interest and accretion of discount on convertible debentures in the amount of $227,149 (Q2 2010: $212,433). The basic and diluted loss per share for the second quarter of 2011 was $0.01 compared to a loss per share of $0.02 for the same period in 2010.
- Cash and cash equivalents totaled $533,309 as of June 30, 2011. During the second quarter of 2011, cash used in operating activities amounted to $251,154 compared to $501,556 in the same period in 2010, representing an improvement of $250,402 over the same period in 2010.
